Ingredients

1 watermelon (rind removed, cut into long fry-like shapes)

2 tsp Tajín Classic Seasoning

1 cup coconut yogurt (dairy-free for vegan)

Zest and juice of 1 lime

1 tbsp coconut sugar (or to taste)

Instructions

  1. Make the Coconut Lime Dip: In a bowl, combine the coconut yogurt, lime zest, lime juice, and coconut sugar. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Watermelon Fries: Cut the watermelon into thick rounds, remove the rind, and then slice into long, fry-like shapes.
