  • Total Time: 6 hours (chilling time)
  • Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup chai tea (brewed and cooled)

1/4 cup Greek yogurt

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp ground ginger

1/4 tsp ground cardamom

1 tbsp maple syrup or honey

Instructions

  1. Brew a strong cup of chai tea and let it cool to room temperature.
  2. In a jar or small bowl, combine rolled oats, cooled chai tea, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, and maple syrup or honey.
  3. Stir well until fully combined and the oats are evenly coated.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours to allow the oats to absorb the liquid and flavors.
  5. In the morning, stir the oats and add a splash of milk or chai tea if needed to adjust consistency.
  6. Serve cold or warm gently in the microwave. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon or sliced almonds if desired.

Notes

Add 1 tbsp chia seeds for extra creaminess and nutrition.

Use coconut or almond milk yogurt for a dairy-free version.

Add a pinch of nutmeg or cloves for deeper chai flavor.

Drizzle caramel or almond butter on top for a decadent twist.

Store in the refrigerator up to 3 days in a sealed container.
