Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup chai tea (brewed and cooled)
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cardamom
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
Instructions
- Brew a strong cup of chai tea and let it cool to room temperature.
 - In a jar or small bowl, combine rolled oats, cooled chai tea, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, and maple syrup or honey.
 - Stir well until fully combined and the oats are evenly coated.
 - Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours to allow the oats to absorb the liquid and flavors.
 - In the morning, stir the oats and add a splash of milk or chai tea if needed to adjust consistency.
 - Serve cold or warm gently in the microwave. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon or sliced almonds if desired.
 
Notes
Add 1 tbsp chia seeds for extra creaminess and nutrition.
Use coconut or almond milk yogurt for a dairy-free version.
Add a pinch of nutmeg or cloves for deeper chai flavor.
Drizzle caramel or almond butter on top for a decadent twist.
Store in the refrigerator up to 3 days in a sealed container.
