Turkey Wraps are a delicious, quick meal made with creamy cream cheese, tangy Dijon mustard, savory turkey, and fresh veggies. These wraps are packed with flavor and texture, making them perfect for lunch, snacks, or appetizers.

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese with chives

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

6 (8 inch) whole wheat tortillas

1 ½ cups finely shredded iceberg lettuce

12 slices thinly sliced deli turkey

¾ cup shredded Swiss cheese

1 large tomato, seeded and diced

1 large avocado, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese and Dijon mustard until smooth.
  2. Spread about 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla, leaving a border around the edges.
  3. Arrange ¼ cup of shredded lettuce on each tortilla and press gently into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Top with 2 slices of turkey, then sprinkle 2 tablespoons of shredded Swiss cheese.
  5. Add diced tomato and avocado slices on top.
  6. Roll each tortilla tightly to secure the filling.
  7. Cut each wrap in half diagonally for easy serving.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, replace the turkey with more veggies like cucumbers, bell peppers, or shredded carrots.

Use gluten-free tortillas for a gluten-free version.

Swap Swiss cheese for cheddar, pepper jack, or dairy-free cheese for a different flavor.
