1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese with chives
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
6 (8 inch) whole wheat tortillas
1 ½ cups finely shredded iceberg lettuce
12 slices thinly sliced deli turkey
¾ cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 large tomato, seeded and diced
1 large avocado, sliced
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese and Dijon mustard until smooth.
- Spread about 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla, leaving a border around the edges.
- Arrange ¼ cup of shredded lettuce on each tortilla and press gently into the cream cheese mixture.
- Top with 2 slices of turkey, then sprinkle 2 tablespoons of shredded Swiss cheese.
- Add diced tomato and avocado slices on top.
- Roll each tortilla tightly to secure the filling.
- Cut each wrap in half diagonally for easy serving.
Notes
For a vegetarian option, replace the turkey with more veggies like cucumbers, bell peppers, or shredded carrots.
Use gluten-free tortillas for a gluten-free version.
