Ingredients
1 8-count package crescent roll dough
1 ½ cups chocolate chips, divided
1 cup mini marshmallows
¼ cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate the triangles.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of chocolate chips and all of the mini marshmallows over each triangle. Press them lightly into place.
- Roll up the crescent dough, tucking the filling inside, and place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove the rolls from the oven and cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- For the drizzle, melt the remaining ½ cup of chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the warm crescent rolls and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Add crushed nuts like almonds or pecans for a nutty twist.
Spread a thin layer of peanut butter on the dough before adding chocolate and marshmallows for a peanut butter version.
Make smaller, bite-sized rolls using half sheets of crescent dough.
Try using white chocolate chips or chopped chocolate bars for a different flavor.
