S’mores Crescent Rolls are a delicious twist on the classic s’mores, combining buttery crescent rolls with chocolate, marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs for a quick and irresistible treat.

Ingredients

1 8-count package crescent roll dough

1 ½ cups chocolate chips, divided

1 cup mini marshmallows

¼ cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate the triangles.
  3. Sprinkle 1 cup of chocolate chips and all of the mini marshmallows over each triangle. Press them lightly into place.
  4. Roll up the crescent dough, tucking the filling inside, and place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Remove the rolls from the oven and cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  7. For the drizzle, melt the remaining ½ cup of chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  8. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the warm crescent rolls and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Add crushed nuts like almonds or pecans for a nutty twist.

Spread a thin layer of peanut butter on the dough before adding chocolate and marshmallows for a peanut butter version.

Make smaller, bite-sized rolls using half sheets of crescent dough.

Try using white chocolate chips or chopped chocolate bars for a different flavor.
