Ingredients
8 oz smoked gouda cheese, shredded
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 garlic cloves, minced
½ tsp smoked paprika
¼ tsp ground black pepper
¼ tsp salt
2 green onions, finely chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in the shredded smoked gouda cheese and finely chopped green onions (if using).
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish, smoothing the top. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until hot, bubbly, and slightly golden on top.
- Serve warm with crackers, baguette slices, tortilla chips, or veggies.
Notes
