Ingredients

8 oz smoked gouda cheese, shredded

8 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup sour cream

¼ cup mayonnaise

2 garlic cloves, minced

½ tsp smoked paprika

¼ tsp ground black pepper

¼ tsp salt

2 green onions, finely chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in the shredded smoked gouda cheese and finely chopped green onions (if using).
  4. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish, smoothing the top. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until hot, bubbly, and slightly golden on top.
  5. Serve warm with crackers, baguette slices, tortilla chips, or veggies.
