8 oz cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp green onion, minced
1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Cracked black pepper, to taste
24 toothpicks
Instructions
- Add the softened cream cheese, green onion, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper to a medium mixing bowl.
- Use an electric hand mixer to blend until smooth and fully combined.
- Spread about 2 teaspoons of the cream cheese mixture onto the bottom half of a salami slice.
- Roll up the salami and secure with a toothpick.
- Repeat with remaining slices, then chill or serve immediately.
