Easy, creamy, savory salami roll-ups made with seasoned cream cheese and rolled salami slices. A quick, no-cook appetizer perfect for parties, snacks, and make-ahead entertaining.

Ingredients

24 large salami slices

8 oz cream cheese, softened

3 tbsp green onion, minced

1 tsp dried Italian seasoning

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Cracked black pepper, to taste

24 toothpicks

Instructions

  1. Add the softened cream cheese, green onion, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper to a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Use an electric hand mixer to blend until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Spread about 2 teaspoons of the cream cheese mixture onto the bottom half of a salami slice.
  4. Roll up the salami and secure with a toothpick.
  5. Repeat with remaining slices, then chill or serve immediately.

Notes

Swap salami with pepperoni for a flavor change.

Add diced peppers or sun-dried tomatoes for extra texture.

Mix in crushed red pepper for heat.

Fresh herbs like parsley or basil can be added for a brighter flavor.
