Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (46 oz each)

½ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter version)

½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika (optional, adds color and a subtle smoky flavor)

1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning (or a mix of oregano, basil, and thyme)

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley or chives, chopped (for garnish)

Olive oil or cooking spray (to grease the baking dish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides and place them in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Spread the mayo-Parmesan mixture evenly over the top and sides of each chicken breast.
