1 (14-ounce) package coleslaw mix
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

- Add diced onion, white parts of the green onions, and garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the onions are translucent and the garlic is fragrant, about 5 minutes.
- Add ground beef, chili-garlic sauce, ground ginger, salt, and black pepper. Sauté until the beef is browned and crumbly, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the coleslaw mix, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Continue sautéing until the coleslaw mix is tender, about 4 minutes.
- Top with the remaining green onions and serve hot.
