Ingredients
8 oz lump crab meat
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp minced green onion
2 large garlic cloves, grated or minced
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup shaved Parmesan cheese (to mix in)
Salt, to taste
Fresh cracked pepper, to taste
1/2 cup shaved Parmesan cheese (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Check crab meat for any shell pieces and place in a mixing bowl.
- Add cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, green onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and 1/2 cup Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper, then mix well.
- Spread mixture evenly into prepared dish and top with remaining Parmesan cheese.
- Bake 18–20 minutes until hot and bubbly. For a golden top, broil for a few seconds at the end.
- Cool slightly before serving warm.
Notes
Add shredded mozzarella for extra cheesiness.
Stir in cayenne or hot sauce for heat.
Mix in parsley or dill for freshness.
Serve hot or cold, depending on preference.
Pair with crackers, baguette slices, tortilla chips, or veggies.
