1 small onion, diced
4 cups coleslaw mix
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sriracha (optional)
2 green onions, sliced
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground chicken and cook, breaking it apart, until fully browned.
- Stir in garlic, ginger, and diced onion; cook for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
- Add coleslaw mix and cook until softened but still slightly crisp.
- Pour in soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha if using; stir well to combine.
- Cook for another 2–3 minutes to blend flavors.
- Remove from heat and garnish with green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
Cook uncovered to prevent excess moisture.
Adjust sriracha to control spice level.
Fresh garlic and ginger provide the best flavor.
